System Navigation Support,

Clinical Supervision

System Navigation Support (NDIS, Centrelink, Aged Care & Other Systems)
System Navigation Support is tailored to your situation and the system involved. Because needs, timeframes, and requirements vary, this service begins with an enquiry rather than a standard booking.
How to start:
- Submit a System Navigation enquiry
- We’ll clarify your needs, urgency, and scope of support
- Next steps and session arrangements will be confirmed with you
This ensures the support provided is appropriate, efficient, and sustainable.

Your wellbeing matters
In line with professional ethics, we are mandatory reporters and are required to report concerns about child welfare. We also have a duty of care to preserve life, ensuring that you and others remain safe and contacting emergency services if required. Phone Counselling Australia is not a crisis service—for immediate support, call Lifeline 13 11 14 or 000 in an emergency.
